Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of slythea.store and to any purchase you make from Slythea. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product photos may be styled or digitally enhanced to show the product in a particular setting.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in the store currency and include free shipping. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners at checkout.

Orders. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Shipping and returns. Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

Use of the website. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security, or use its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Privacy. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy policy.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
