Refund policy

30-day returns. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please email support@slythea.store with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a request first cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong item. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to pay for return shipping.

Change of mind. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original free shipping is not refundable.

Bundles. The free Bronze Python bracelets are part of the two-necklace bundle. If you return part of a bundle, the refund is calculated at the single-item price.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
