Shipping policy

Free shipping worldwide on every order, with no minimum.

Processing time. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time after dispatch (estimates):

• United States: 5–12 business days
• All other countries: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays and peak season.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and import taxes. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These charges are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.

Address. Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@slythea.store within 12 hours of ordering.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement.
